HERO BLOCK
At Bright Outcomes, we believe that the most vulnerable learners need access to the most experienced teachers. This principle is at the heart of everything we do.
Our team includes qualified professionals from education, youth work, early years and social care. Each one is trained in trauma-informed practice, emotion coaching and neuro-affirming approaches. We do not offer a temporary fix. We provide meaningful, high-quality education that meets each young person where they are and supports them to move forward with confidence.
We rethink what education can look like for children who cannot attend school. We bring learning into the home in a way that feels safe, consistent and personalised. We focus on rebuilding trust, nurturing curiosity and helping young people reconnect with the idea of progress.

Imagine the best parts of education:
For many of the young people we work with, this is the first time in a long time that learning has felt like something they can enjoy again.
Bright Outcomes offers more than alternative provision. We provide a bridge back to belonging, learning and hope.
Our team is dedicated to helping students get back into education with confidence and a clear plan.
We only provide One to One mentoring, tailored to each individual student’s needs
Our team includes early years specialists, primary and secondary teachers, as well as experts in preparation for adulthood
Our students can gain real vocational qualifications, accredited by NCFE, or work towards GCSEs etc
Each of our inclusion mentors has relevant educational experience and qualifications. Many are qualified teachers and those that aren’t, come from allied professions such as youth work or social care. We train all of our staff in trauma informed approaches and emotional coaching techniques
We understand, recognise and celebrate differences in how people think, learn and experience the world. We work closely with families to build trust, understand each young person’s strengths, and support them in ways that feel right for them.
Our ultimate goal is always for students to re-enter education or the work place with confidence
You will have 24/7 access to live data on Attendance, Safeguarding & Progress
We have been quality assured by multiple Local Authorities and are working with hundreds of schools

At Bright Outcomes, we pride ourselves on offering truly bespoke education provision, thoughtfully designed around each young person’s unique needs, interests and aspirations. Our experienced team, made up predominantly of qualified teachers, delivers high-quality teaching from Early Years through to GCSEs, alongside vocational qualifications accredited by NCFE.
We also have the expertise to develop bespoke, interest-led qualifications, making it possible to engage even the most specialised passions. Whether your young person is fascinated by trains or has another unique interest, we can create a tailored programme that inspires and motivates them. In addition to academic learning, we support key areas of preparation for adulthood, including emotional regulation, employability skills, travel training and community access. Whatever the need, we are here to build a personalised, meaningful pathway that supports each young person to thrive.

At Bright Outcomes, we’ve helped students go from fear to flourishing.
We carefully select our Inclusion Mentors using robust safer recruitment processes, just like any good school. We only work with the most skilled and compassionate professionals from backgrounds in education, early years, youth work and social work. All our mentors are fully trained in trauma-informed approaches, emotion coaching, Zones of Regulation and neuro-affirming practice. Their work is closely supported and overseen by our Head of Education and Head of Pastoral Care, who bring nearly 40 years of combined experience in education leadership, ensuring every young person receives consistent, high-quality support.
